You may cancel your order at any time prior to acceptance and processing, but please note that orders for products that are held in stock will be processed immediately and cannot be cancelled. You can cancel your order for any item in backorder status.
Returns, Replacements, Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please advise us by e-mail. You must return the goods together with your receipt within 30 days of invoice to enable us to process a refund. Unfortunately delivery and handling charges are not refundable. For any queries, please email email@example.com or ring Waitaki Braids on +64 (0) 21 738 733. Waitaki Braids will not accept partial returns nor will it issue partial refunds. You must return the entire order, not part of it, to receive a refund.
To return your product, use the reverse side of your invoice to let us know why you decided to return your item(s) and your desired resolution (replacement, refund, or exchange) for each item. Please address your package to:

For your protection, we strongly recommend that you return your order by insured mail and save the receipt for your records. Waitaki Braids is not responsible for lost return shipments. All refunds will be credited in New Zealand Dollars.
Waitaki Braids has a formal complaints procedure and any complaints should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. A reply will be sent notifying you of what action is being taken and when it will be resolved.
